I WANTED TO DIG MY WORK.
I dig design. I have done that since I was 15 and began to study design at the high school. Perhaps above all, I dig to design. There is much sense in creating something that did not exist before.
In the summer of 2013 I took bachelor's degree in Design and Creation at Linköping University. The hottest months of the year was filled with painting my new studio and thinking about my business startup. In the fall, I started Design Ida Gerdemark also called DIG.
DIG are a design studio working on assignments in graphic design. I design logos, layouts of printed matter, patterns, papercuts and illustrations. I also work with products in papers such as posters, window screens and calendars sold in my online store and through retailers.
I dig the bright, the clean, the happy and the functional.
With love. Ida
